Cleaning Process

Absolutely. We are bonded and insured.

Please visit our pricing page for hourly and flat rates as well as special package pricing.

Tipping is greatly appreciated but not mandatory. Please leave your tip with the cleaners if you’re pleased with their work.

If you’re not home, we will leave the item in clear view with a note. We will then notify you about completing a damage report to have it replaced. This rarely happens, but we’re 100% honest when it does and take full responsibility. Our cleaning team are not penalised for any mishaps – accidents happen.
